Celebrated UBC news anchor Bbale Francis has been laid to rest. The veteran media personality succumbed to cancer of the bladder last week on Thursday(2nd April) at the Uganda Cancer Institute – Mulago. Bbale who has worked for UBC (formerly UTV and Radio Uganda) for over 25 years was laid to rest at his home in Kawuku-Wamala along Entebbe road.
