Bayimba’s Phillip Masembe is rumoured to have hooked a zungu lady. Popular for coordinating the Bayimba Festival, Philip has been seen on many occasions getting all cozy with a zungu lady identified as Felicia Nitsche.
Masembe is believed to be in a relationship with the zungu who is of Germany nationality and staying in Uganda as an intern at the Germany embassy.
