Barbie Kyagulanyi, wife to musician turned politician, Bobi Wine aka Kyagulanyi Sentamu has been rewarded for her efforts to end early marriages among girls that are vulnerable ,as part of her work with a non-governmental organization called, “The Remnant Generation.”
The organization that houses, counsels and prepares pregnant teens for a healthy lifestyle as they become mothers at a very young age recognized Barbie’s service with a certificate of appreciation.
The certificate acknowledges her generous and selfless support towards the work of the Remnant generation through her donations that have impacted so many lives to transform stories of desperation into stories of hope and inspiration.
She keeps proving Sylvia Owori wrong.
