For over 5 years, producer and musician Barbi Jay has been toiling to grow from being an upcoming musician and in the process he has been able to make some hit songs like ‘Sumbusa,’ a collabo with Eddy Kenzo, ‘Chocolate Girl,’ ‘Wire’ and lately ‘loud speaker’.
Nonetheless, Barbi Jay came out and declared that he is an upcoming artist and therefore he might stay stagnant for ever if something is not done. He was overheard in conversation in which he was chatting with one music promoter begging him to have his music played on TV.
As the talk of town is, some musicians have been forwarded i.e. ‘babanyiga next’ to mean their music is no longer charting. The ‘Chocolate Girl’ hit maker has been shortlisted among and he’s doing his best to acquire a top position like other main stream musicians.
Some of the musicians that came on this list include; Aziz Azion, Gift of Khaddo, Empress among others.
