News coming in from De Nu Eagles is that singer Goeffrey Lutaaya who recently welcomed a bouncing baby girl is in tears as court could take hold of his property.

According to rumours, Lutaaya acquired a huge loan from one of the commercial banks which has made him sweat for a long time to the extent of risking losing his property.

Sources reveal that he acquired the loan to help him strengthen his new band after the disintegration of Eagles band only for the bank to demand its money after a few months which he didn’t have. Lutaaya who owns a hotel was later taken to court, locked in the dock and asked to pay or lose some of his properties.

Friends have so far managed to raise around 20 million of the 70 million debt.

We will keep you posted.
