The widely talked about bivuulu promoter, Barugahare Balaam has been on top of his game as long as businesses are concerned. He has organised very many successful shows, and lately he is expanding his business territory to the youngest nation South Sudan in the city of Juba.
According to reliable information, Balaam is set to start up a new radio station in Juba dubbed Best FM. Currently, hot journalists and radio presenters around Kampala city are being hunted for a taste of the Sudanese dollars as they deliver tactically to capture the Sudanese audiences.
We have also learnt that on top of the station, he has installed a water plant with a plan of manufacturing bottled water called Best Water.
