Ugandan organizers of international concerts seem to lack seriousness coupled with greed in the organisation of these concerts. We recently learnt that due to defaulting on contractual obligations by Suudiman, Busy Signal’s concert in Uganda was cancelled. And now current news is that promoter Balaam has decided to withdraw from Christopher Martin’s concert which is slated for this weekend at Freedom city along Entebbe road.
Balaam is said to have cited lack of seriousness from the organizers and requested to have the concert extended. When no one heeded to his advice, Balaam consequently pulled out.
Several pundits have since predicted that the concert will flop. Just watch the space.
