Events pro organizer Balaam Barugahara is all smiles after bagging an easy 200 Millions from the ruling party NRM. The events’ organizer was behind the NRM mega party last Saturday.
The event was organized at Mayors gardens in Entebbe where Balaam paraded a number of artistes among which was Judith Babirye, Catherine Kusasira, Peter Miles and others.
