Celebrated singer Edrisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo has opened up about his early singing career. In a chat with Kenzo, he revealed to us he learnt a lot from fellow singer Aziz Azion while he was still young in the music business.
“I was Aziz Azion’s right hand man and I learnt a lot about music from him. He often told me I would make it one day if I don’t give up,” Kenzo revealed.
“I always saw Aziz as a magician, everything he touched turned out to be the best, every song he did was the next best thing. God will bless Aziz for always willing to be of help to me,” Kenzo added.
Aziz Azion was at the time still in Westend ENT which was owned by a one Mubarak before he quit to form his own More Musik crew. Aziz is also said to have mentored artistes like Maro and Barbie Jay among others.
