While you would have thought Eddy Kenzo would sit back and say “I am self-made”, he still acknowledges fellow singer Aziz Azion as mentor. The singer in a recent conversation disclosed how he treasures Aziz Azion for all the achievements he has had so far.
“I learnt a lot from Aziz Azion, I was his right hand man for a long time so I learnt all the basics from him,” Kenzo said.
Kenzo spent his early career days in Bobi Wine’s Fire base crew before deciding to go solo and it’s at this point that he met Aziz Azion and worked as his back-up singer in his Westend Ent crew.
“We are still very close friends and I work closely with Aziz,” the singer added.
