Azawi yesterday dropped her second album Sankofa. The 16 track album comea ahead of Azawi announcing her second ever concert slated for 20th October 2023 at Serena Hotel Kampala.
Sankofa is a term derived from the Twi language of Ghana, which can be interpreted as “Retrace one’s steps to the past in order to pave a path towards the future.”
