The controversy surrounding the hit song “No One” has taken another twist after Ava Peace revealed WhatsApp chats between her manager Jeff Kiwa and the song’s writer, Taz.

The move is aimed at clearing the air amid a heated standoff between Ava Peace’s camp and that of fellow artist Sheebah Karungi.
The battle over who rightfully owns the song intensified after the writer, Taz, recently claimed he had never communicated with Jeff Kiwa and insisted that Sheebah was the only artist he had spoken to regarding the song.
However, Ava Peace’s team has now presented chat evidence that tells a different story.
According to the leaked WhatsApp screenshots, Taz initially approached Jeff Kiwa with the demo of “No One.” The messages further show that Jeff proceeded to purchase the song for Ava Peace, solidifying their claim to ownership.
The twist in the tale came when Taz allegedly sold the same song to Sheebah as well, sparking a public fallout between the two camps.
The dual sale has created a messy situation, leaving fans confused and industry players questioning the ethics of song transactions.
This development comes just days after Ava Peace released her version of “No One” featuring Jowy Landa, while Sheebah was reportedly preparing to drop her own rendition titled “Nobody” ahead of her concert in August.
