Ava Peace shared her experience working with both male and female artists in her music career, revealing a clear preference for collaborating with male colleagues.
Ava explained that working with male artists often brings her a sense of ease and calm that she finds lacking in female collaborations.
According to Ava, male artists tend to avoid the “drama and bad attitude” she has sometimes encountered with female counterparts.
During a media interview on UBC, Ava Peace couldn’t hide her excitement as she praised male artists, especially Dax Vibes, with whom she recently released a trending song, “Tabbu.”
Ava noted that working with Dax was an incredibly smooth process, as he showed great commitment and respect throughout their collaboration.

“I have worked with both, but the easiest is the male gender. They do not have that bad attitude; they are so good, and with them, there is no drama,” she said. “Dax made it so easy for me despite him being a star. He came through for me and gave me his time, and I appreciate it because not everyone can do that.”
She added that, although they had been friends, their musical connection flourished when Dax suggested working together during a casual conversation.
“He was an easy nut to crack. We were at a station, and he told me about a banger he had, saying we could do magic together,” Ava recalled. “We went to Nessim’s studio, and magic happened. We came out with ‘Tabbu,’ and it’s truly ‘tabbu’ (trouble) indeed.”
