Singer Ava Peace has opened up about a painful chapter in her life, revealing that she was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of her ex-boyfriend.

In a recent interview on Bruno K’s TikTok show, Ava shared that the abuse began just six months into their relationship. Although she chose not to disclose his name, Ava painted a harrowing picture of the physical and emotional torment she endured.

“We had dated for about six months when he started beating me,” Ava recounted. “He had done something wrong; I questioned him, and he responded by beating me. He would do it consistently, like every week. I didn’t care at the time because I am a lover, and I take a long time to move on.”

Ava revealed that each time she questioned his wrongful actions, she was met with violence, turning what should have been a loving relationship into a cycle of fear and pain.

Now reflecting on that dark period, Ava admits she deeply regrets dating what she described as a “barbaric man.” The experience has left her more cautious and discerning when it comes to relationships.
