As every one was busy trying to make merry during the festive season, Uganda Traffic Police just couldn’t drop its duties of charging traffic offenders and bagged Ugx 120 million in the process. While addressing media earlier today, Stephen Kasiima, the Traffic police director said that police registered six deaths on 31st December due to accidents. “Many of the offenders where were drunk-drivers and those without permits,” he noted.
