Bobi Wine is in a somber mood after his father J.W Sentamu passed on early this week. Bobi’s father who had been in-and-out of hospital since last year succumbed to diabetes at Mulago hospital on Tuesday.
While addressing mourners who had come to pay their last respects to his late father at a funeral service held at Kamwokya Catholic Church, Bobi Wine had nothing but praises for his dad. Tears could been seen welling up in his eyes as he talked about his late father. He could not help but sneeze as he wiped his face multiple times; weeping like a man in total grief.
“The old man is gone, but we’re here. May the almighty grant him a perfect rest that he so deserves. May his light continue to shine through us. I will miss you dad,” Bobi Wine said.
Bobi Wine’s father will be laid to rest today (12th Feb). at his ancestral home in Gomba.
