In his bid to rise to the top without stopping as his song that he released a few weeks of his stay in Uganda, Atlas has been moving across the globe to popularize his music and I must say he’s partly starting to create his right footing and his music has an impact now.

Of late, Atlas had a show in Italy where he soon left for South Africa and all TV stations were fighting to catch an interview with Uganda’s Hip Hop icon.

Bigeye.ug has come to learn of the sad news that Atlas Da African lost his long time friend identified as Richard Wabuhona who passed away 2 days ago impeding his concert that he was meant to grace tomorrow down in Zanzibar.

Atlas sent his heart felt message to his fans and friends in Zanzibar that he will not be able to be with them today at Kendwa Rocks beach hotel where he was supposed to be performing today evening in an event dubbed Easter full moon party.

“To my friends and fans unfortunately due to the loss of my brother I will not be able to perform in Zanzibar this Saturday! My sincere apologies also to @kerrykerwin @fidq @chwezi and Bodea” Atlas posted.
