KCCA ED Jeniffer Musisi is almost on every Ugandan musician’s speed dial as October fast approaches. The Kampala City festival has put almost every artiste on tenterhooks as they seek for a slot to perform at the festival.
We have learnt that artistes like King Saha, Mesach Semakula and others who were in America for the recently concluded UNAA causes convention learnt that Musisi is also within vicinity and hurried to book with her. However she was not easy to find but they eventually managed to make a date with her.
While a few have been confirmed, Haruna Mubiru’s fate remains unclear after Musisi told him that she had never heard of him.
Meanwhile we expect a plethora of artistes on 4th October at the Kampala City Festival.
