A woman who was arrested after a struggle with police officers at a motel puckered up “like a duck” for her mugshot.
Angela Green, 34, pulled what has also been described as a ‘blowfish face’ as she was charged with obstructing official business.
She was photographed at the police station after refusing to leave her room at the Quality Inn in Wickliffe, Ohio.
Green and her companion Brian Baker of Cleveland had wanted to stay in room 253 for an extra night but were asked to leave.
She was arrested after a confrontation and police officers escorted her from the motel.
Wickliffe Police Department justified the arrest by posting the ridiculous mugshot on its Facebook page – and it has since gone viral, with 182 likes and 225 shares plus 229 comments at the time of writing.
“The officer explained that they needed to leave or rent the room for another day and the female became loud and uncooperative,” the police stated.
“As the couple was being escorted from the building it was discovered that she had provided fictitious information.
“Once outside, the female continued to become loud and uncooperative and refused to identify herself.
“After a brief struggle the female was arrested.”
Green was released on a $354 cash bond.
Dan TheMan Boujoulian commented “über duck face” while TJ Stone said: “If I still worked a jail and she came in I would make her stand there and retake that pic until she got it right.”
