While talking about his new album, “Bagonza” that released recently – APASS highlighted that some musicians are simply doing “biscuit music.”

He used the word to refer to music with less meaning and zero lyrical maturity. In particular he picked out music that usually trends on TikTok.

APASS says it better to hold your brand in high regard and out music that’s to perfect liking and not just music that will last days or months — he referenced to Maurice Kirya and Juliana Kanyomozi who are a bit expensive to book but you can be assured the quality is there than some artists who will come cheaply but don’t offer the best performances.

However, panelists on NBS After 5 disagreed with him citing that the audiences decide what type of music is best for them and everyone can support an artist of their liking.

APASS in retaliation noted that musicians are in the entertainment industry for different reasons; some are there for purely music merit and others want to popular and attract sugar mummies who’ll finance their lives while the rest are in it for material benefits like cars, houses, etc.
