A week after music doctor Jose Chameleone was dragged to court for taking money and failing to perform at a priest’s show at Heart Beat Beach, another musician has been sued.
Golden band’s Catherine Kusasira has been summoned to Luweero Central Police Station for obtaining money and then refusing to stage a show in Mbale. Ssebaggala Lubwama a music promoter is accusing her of taking his money and failing to show up at Sports Gardens in Mbale to stage the show as agreed.
The musician who was given over 4 million shillings to perform at the show shortly before disintegration of her mother group Eagles productions early this year will answer to the authorities why she snubbed Ssebagala’s show.
Catherine is expected to file her defence soon.
