De Javu bar in Kabalagala has become synonymous with illuminati after the owner of the bar, Jeff Kiwa, was recently arrested over illuminati and witchcraft claims only to be released after he was found innocent.
Days after his release, a new illuminati agent has been arrested at his bar. The man aged 20 said that he is called Kaweesi. He was found camping outside the bar. When quizzed by staff what he was doing there, he said that he had come to bring Jeff more heads. He claimed to be having an appointment with the owner of the bar who wanted heads so that he could give him money. He was taken to police and a new case opened against him.
Jeff was arrested in similar circumstances when a young man Herbert, beheaded his brother and brought the head to the bar following orders from a one Jeff. Law enforcement later discovered that the said Jeff was only impersonating Kiwa.
