Anitah Fabiola has resigned from NTV Uganda following her nude photo scandal. Although many believe that the brown beauty who was a Miss Uganda contestant at one time was forced to resign, the former Be My Date presenter said that she has decided to take a break from the media. Turns out she was lying, she is heading straight for Urban TV.
Our sources at Vision Group who have had their fair share of TV presenters who have been marred in Nud3 photo scandals have revealed to us that Anitah could be joining the station soon.
The sources who were very selective with the information that they gave to us said that Anitah could be back to television soon but the Buzz Teeniez station of the year this time.
“Her show ‘Be My Date’ was such a hit that Urban just can’t let her go home and sit. We are told that there was a meeting where discussions of hiring her were initiated. I was not at the meeting personally, but my friend told me that she could come to Urban and duplicate her Love show,” said a friendly source at Urban.
Although nothing has been confirmed and everything is being down quietly, Anitah could be on Urban TV sooner than you think.
In the recent past, several NTV Uganda presenters have flocked Urban TV for jobs. Among these is Justine Namere who duplicated her real life show at Urban TV before moving to Bukedde.
Anita Fabiola was allegedly fired from NTV Uganda for disgracing the brand after her nude photos made rounds on Social Media. She claims she was not fired but decided to resign out of respect for NTV and the harm that her presence on the station could cause. Her show was airing every Sunday at 8.05pm.
