The editorial and strategy director of Independent Publications, Andrew Mwenda has revealed that he will contest for Ugandan Presidency in 2021.
However, Mwenda emphasized that his bid will be based on these conditions:
1. Willingness of voters to allow him to serve only one term of 20 years
2. Full Powers to Appoint the Parliament
3. All media must be directly controlled by him
Mwenda promised to reveal other conditions on the next segment of the Hot Seat.
On the other hand, the conspiracy theorist, Timothy Kalyegira promised to unveil the Manifesto of his one man Digital Party.
Go Mwenda, you may have to take power through a coup.
