It seems that the thrusting of Amber Rose into recent headlines has inspired a new women’s rights movement in the model/actress. From her divorce and co-parenting issues with Wiz Khalifa, to her very public spat with Khloe Kardashian and Kanye West, criticisms against the bald-headed beauty have led her to a campaign against “slut shaming.”
In a series of “sarcastic” Instagram posts, Amber offered her usual thirst traps, accompanied with her own proclamations against double standards. With captions like, “I heard Instagram is turnin wives into hoes? I guess it’s a Hoeing ass Friday for me,” and “If I was a Video Game I would be rated E for Everybody,” Wiz Khalifa’s ex-wife looks to be utilizing derogatory terms to prove a point.
Amber announced via Twitter that she would be starting her own “SlutWalk,” a movement started across the world in 2011 where women protest against rape culture: “Ladies…For those of u who don’t understand my sarcastic Posts u will this Summer when I have my Own #AmberRoseSlutWalk“
Inviting women to march with her and carry feminist signs that address women’s issues, Amber wrote a detailed caption on Instagram explaining the forthcoming movement:
“My Slut Walk will be about every Woman Equality issue we deal with everyday u can walk and make signs for the issues ur passionate about. I’m in the beginning stages of putting this together but with ur help this could be an amazing liberating experience for us women. Stay tuned for more info in weeks to come.”
