Alien Skin, the chart-topping sensation of 2023, with hit songs like Party, Obwenzi andReady Fi War had initially hinted at a possible exit from the music scene by the end of the year, has now taken a surprising turn.

Despite his earlier declaration, the Fangone Forest CEO and singer decided to put his fate in the hands of the audience, making the success of his Nkwacho Festival the deciding factor for his musical future.

Alien Skin backtracks on his words, says he’ll quit music only if he fails to fill up Wankulukuku stadium

The Nkwacho Festival, hosted at Wankulukuku Stadium, unfolded last night with an impressive turnout of enthusiastic revelers. This apparent show of support seemed to sway Alien Skin’s decision, leading to the revelation that he won’t be bidding farewell to the music industry just yet.

In a post-festival statement, Alien Skin expressed gratitude to his fans and unveiled his commitment to persist in delivering musical excellence.

I have to continue with this music thing, we must succeed. I had taken a while without releasing a banger as I needed to rest but today, I will be dropping a brand new banger. Just like the previous year, even 2024 will be my year.

He assured his devoted followers that more chart-topping hits are on the horizon, emphasizing that their unwavering support has inspired him to continue crafting and sharing his artistic creations.

Confident in his ability to maintain the momentum gained in 2023, Alien Skin’s announcement not only reassures his fanbase but also sets the stage for what promises to be another thrilling chapter in his musical journey throughout 2024.
