After a long search for a suitable venue, Alien Skin will be taking his Nkwacho Festival to Wankulukuku Stadium.

Also known as Muteesa II Wankulukuku Stadium; its the home of the local football club Express FC and it’s located in Rubaga Division, Kampala City.

After his successful debut concert at Freedom City on June 9th 2023, just months after his breakthrough into the music industry mainstream scene, Alien Skin has for a long wanted to organize his festival and at first, events promoter Abtex who organized the Freedom City show was set to host it but they fell out with Alien Skin over financial inequities.

Originally Alien Skin wanted the Festival held at the newly renovated Hamz – Nakivubo Stadium but this didn’t become a reality after the Hamz Group denied his request citing the stadium is purposely for sporting activities.

Yesterday, via his social media platforms — Alien Skin announced that they are set to take Nkwacho Festival to Wankulukuku Stadium on 31st December 2023 and called upon all Ugandan music supporters to come through.

We wish him a successful event.
