Alex Luwemba, the former personal assistant to the late Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya, has disclosed that he is now a practicing Muslim.
Luwemba attributes his conversion to the late legislator, citing Ssegirinya’s unwavering faith and exemplary conduct as the inspiration for his decision.
“Hon. Ssegirinya’s ways in the faith inspired me to embrace Islam,” Luwemba revealed in a statement. “His dedication and compassion in both his religious and public life left a profound impact on me.”
It has been a week since the announcement of Ssegirinya’s passing at Lubaga Hospital, where he had been hospitalized for an extended period.
