Airtel Uganda opened a new premium customer care center at Victoria Mall, in Entebbe. The function which was presided over by the Mayor of Entebbe, His Lordship Kayanja Vincent De Paulwas attended by the Airtel Uganda Managing Director Mr. Mr. Tom Gutjahr, Airtel Uganda staff members and representatives from the Entebbe business community.

As part of its efforts to enhance customer experience, Airtel Uganda has continued to launch premium shops and customer care centers countrywide with more openings to follow in the months to come.
The Airtel shops offer a bouquet of services and will see customers enjoy fast and convenient customer service with all their needs taken care of as quickly as possible in a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.
Speaking at the opening, Airtel Uganda Managing Director Mr. Tom Gutjahr said that extending the Airtel network services signals a real stake in the ground for leadership in the telecommunications industry.
“Opening a premium shop here demonstrates how Airtel continues delivering on its goal to provide the best customer service possible for its consumers. In this shop, we are offering dedicated one-to-one in-store services through our very learned and willing staff to ensure that all of our customers can walk in and walk away contented every time. Starting today, all our products and services are available in Entebbe at this premium shop,”Gutjahr added.
