Airtel Mega Masappe Promotion nears end

With just 2 weeks to the end of the Mega Masappe promotion, Airtel subscribers were treated to a pleasant surprise this morning when Airtel Uganda Ambassador, Eddy Kenzo, arrived to hand over the prizes to the winners of the 11 th Mega Masappe draw.

The promotion, which started in July this year, has so far seen 10 lucky subscribers drive away with a brand new car every week, 50 subscribers win brand new motorbikes and another 50 subscribers get 1 million shillings each.

During the event, Kyamuffumba Bruhan, a driver and resident of Mbale district, danced to Kenzo’s popular hit “Jubilation” on receiving the keys to his brand new Toyota Premio.

“I am so excited to be one of the lucky winners of the Mega Masappe promotion, I can’t believe this is actually happening. Imagine me a driver also winning my own car! Thank you Airtel,” he exclaimed.

Juliet Namono, Joweria Khasim, Wandera Godfrey and Semujju Ivan won brand new motor bikes, while Nanyonjo, Caleb Tsimbamaju and Justine Walusimbi were the other lucky winners who took home Ugsh1 million cash each.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, the Airtel Uganda Brand Ambassador, Eddie Kenzo, took a moment to talk about perseverance. He encouraged the subscribers who had not yet won but had been loading to keep loading as there were still more prizes to be won.

“The thing about Mega Masappe is that there is no losing. I know there are subscribers who feel like giving up – don’t give up. Keep loading and get those bonuses and you just might be the next person we are rewarding,” he said.

Since the Mega Masappe promotion started in July, many subscribers’ lives have changed for the better. With new cars, motorbikes and money given out, subscribers have been able to start new businesses, pay their debts and improve their families’ lives.
