Rumor has it, Adele is set to make her comeback to the top of the charts later this year.
The singer, 25, is hoping to play a gig at London’s Royal Albert Hall, which, a source revealed to Express.com, could be to promote a possible upcoming new album.
Will this CD be called 25 following in the trend of naming albums after her age (19, and 21)?
If Adele was to play the legendary concert hall in London it would be the first time she has performed a full length concert since September 2011, during which time she suffered from major vocal issues.
The source says tells the news site that Adele’s voice has been “getting stronger over time and she has been working hard to rehabilitate it.” They go on to say that it would only be a series of shows possible in London, New York and Los Angeles and that a full fledged “world tour is a long way off. “
“The delicacies of the situation are apparent to everyone from Adele to her management. She is very settled with her family life and being a mum. A lengthy trip around the world with a baby on board could change that.”
Adele as well as her record label are taking every precaution necessary to insure that her voice is up to taking on the task of record an album and performing live shows again.
“Everything will be on her terms. The key to all these plans is that Adele feels comfortable with her voice,” the source continued. “She has vowed that she never wants to break down during a tour or put her voice through so much stress that she suffers problems. Her doctors warned her that stress could also mean more surgery, and she is adamant that she never wants to go through that again.”
