But will he keep the platinum blonde hair? Adam Levine and fiancee Behati Prinsloo are set to wed this summer, a source reveals exclusively to Us Weekly.
The engaged couple will say “I do” in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the source tells Us. The newlyweds will then jet off to Prinsloo’s native South Africa to “celebrate with people who can’t make the trip,” according to the insider.
The Voice judge, 35, popped the question to the Victoria’s Secret Angel in L.A. last July shortly after rekindling their relationship. (During their brief split, Levine wooed another supermodel, Nina Agdal.) Despite publicly claiming that he wasn’t the marrying type, the Maroon 5 frontman revealed that the 25-year-old was finally the one that made him want to settle down.
“Famous last words, ‘I’ll never get married,'” Levine laughed during an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno last October. “I still don’t necessarily think you have to get married unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them. And then you marry them and it’s wonderful.”
Prinsloo, best-known for her angel wings, admits to Us that she’ll walk down the aisle in something a bit more freeing on the pair’s special day. “It’s bohemian, very beachy,” she says of her wedding dress. “Very me.”
The couple haven’t been so forthcoming on other wedding details, but have been counting down the days nonetheless. On May 23, Levine celebrated his bachelor party in a private dining room at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. He and his guy friends indulged in shellfish, filets and salads, and capped things off with espresso shots.
