Events promoter Abtex Promotions has taken legal action against singer Gloria Bugie, citing indecent dressing and the posting of an explicit video.
According to legal documents dated September 17, 2024, Abtex has requested the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) to investigate the matter under the Computer Misuse Act and the Anti-Pornography Act.
Abtex claims that Gloria Bugie has been attending public events in extremely revealing outfits, leaving little to the imagination.
He argues that her wardrobe choices not only expose her sexually to the audience but also encourage inappropriate behavior from male revelers, who allegedly touch her inappropriately in public.

The promoter further alleges that in her most recent misconduct, Gloria Bugie posted a nude video of herself online, which directly violates Section 2 of the Anti-Pornography Act.
Abtex is calling on authorities to take swift action, not only to penalize Gloria but to make her an example for others. He hopes that the intervention will deter similar behavior in the entertainment industry.
