Nabbi Omukazi aka Maggie Kayima

Fast rising local TV station ABS TV owned by Pr. Yiga Augustine, who was in the news a few weeks back for allegedly ‘using’ his followers, could be closed soon.

Through its now popular programme dubbed ‘Kalondozi’ which airs on Thursday and Sunday evenings, they recently tracked down their former choir member and singer Maggie Kayima alias Nabbi Omukazi and aired her showering naked in a shrine something which contradicts with the Uganda Communications Commission and the Country’s constitution.

The anti-pornography bill describes pornography as a representation through publication, exhibition, cinematography, indecent show or by whatever means of a person in real or stimulated explicit sexual activities or any representation of the sexual parts of a person primarily for excitement.

BigEye.ug has learnt that Nabbi Omukazi has consulted her lawyers and plans to sue the Kawaala based TV station are under way.

Could it be enjoying its last days on Uganda’s airwaves? We will keep you posted.
