Huawei Consumer Business Group (Uganda) a partner in Miss Uganda 2016, yesterday September 22, 2016 took part in the unveiling of the 21 Miss Uganda 2016 finalists at Kampala Serena Hotel. The search is expected to climax with a grand finale on 15th October 2016.
Huawei Uganda contributed a sponsorship package of 20 Million Ushs worth P9 smartphones and cash towards the organization of the Miss Uganda 2016.
Brenda Nanyonjo, CEO Miss Uganda noted that the theme for Miss Uganda 2016 is beauty with a purpose with an inclination to promoting agriculture as part of their agenda and thanked all the sponsors for stepping up to support Miss Uganda 2016 search.
Nanyonjo also noted that there is a twist in the Miss Uganda 2016 search as there will be live broadcasting of the 21 beauties on BBS Television while at boot camp so that the viewers can get to know what takes place at the camp as well the criteria used to select the beauties.”
