NTV Uganda’s Douglas Lwanga is on a Coke Studio Africa tour.
The NTV The Beat host is currently in Nairobi, Kenya where he has received a Coke Studio experience. Douglas has been given a rare opportunity to experience the making process of the music show ahead of this season’s premiere in October.
Douglas has met with different musicians and producers on the show including Nigeria’s 2Face Idibia who is working on a collaboration with Uganda’s Rema Namakula.
Coke Studio Africa is a non-competitive music show that brings together diverse African music talent for world-class showcases. Now in its fourth season, Uganda is being represented by Rema Namakula, Eddy Kenzo, Radio & Weasel, Jose Chameleone and Lydia Jazmine on this year’s edition.
