Musician Eddy Kenzo has come out to condemn recent police actions after they beat up Kizza Besigye supporters on Wednesday.

Kenzo who is currently in Nairobi for Coke Studio Africa, is unhappy after watching a video clip of policemen beating up boda boda guys with sticks for escorting the FDC’s strongman Kizza Besigye as he headed to FDC offices in Najjanankumbi.

The Dance Disco expressed his anger by posting a picture of the main policeman dressed in layer identified as Jacob Lutwama Konjo that was heading the beatings of opposition supporters and captioned it; “omussajja ono yakubye baganda bafe nga alinga akuba ente!! But why honestly speaking why why why????” which is loosely translated as; “this man beat our brothers as if he was beating cows!! But why honestly speaking why why why????”.

Kenzo is not the only person that has come out to condemn these actions of police as many other politicians and Ugandans have also condemned their brutality.
