Goodlyfe singers, Radio and Weasel refused to appear before Makindye Chief Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday over their case with Team No Sleep boss Jeff Kiwa on charges of libel and offensive communication.

However, they were represented by their lawyer Mudde John Bosco, who informed court that his clients were never served with court summons indicating that they just dropped papers in their compound without acknowledging them.

He also revealed that Radio and Weasel were currently outside the country representing Uganda in Coke studio Africa taking place in Nairobi.

The magistrate adjourned the hearing of the case to Friday, July 15th when she will give her ruling on the issue of arrest warrant and on Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) request to take over prosecution of this matter.

It should be noted that Jeff dragged Radio and Weasel to courts of law for tarnishing his name, reputation and business through a video they uploaded on social media accusing him of witch craft.
