Latest information reaching our news desk indicates that socialite Zari Hassan is worryingly close to a married city businessman identified as Francis Mashate, a retired civil servant with Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS).
According to our sources, Zari and Francis have been so close to each other for some time and he has been financing her businesses for the last two years.
Zari is said to have met with Francis at a time when she had fallen out with Ivan Ssemwanga before she had started dating Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz. The two used to meet at Dolphin Suites, Bugolobi, Sheraton and Serena Hotel among other places to allegedly discuss business.
The two have managed to keep their relationship under wraps as Francis spends most of his time doing his businesses in Mbale.
