The war between Jeff Kiwa and Goodlyfe singers Radio and Weasel seems to have taken a new twist after the Team No Sleep boss dragged the music duo to courts of law over tarnishing his name.
We have learnt that Jeff met with his lawyers and solicitors from Muwema & Company Advocates early this week and came up with strategic plans over this case after they compiled evidence to match their case.
Yesterday, Muwema & Company advocates released a final notice of intention to commence legal action against Radio and Weasel, which was approved by the Buganda Road court, for tarnishing their client’s name, reputation and business through the video they recently uploaded on their Facebook page.
In the released document, the company has asked Radio and Weasel to remove this video they uploaded on their Facebook page on top of making oral or written public apologies to their client and even pay a fine of UShs 500million each.
However Radio and Weasel are still quiet about this legal notice but have been instructed by Buganda road court to do the above within 96 hours or face legal action.
