Eng Moses Magogo dubs Uganda Cup final a battle across boarders

Eng Moses Magogo, the president of the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has dubbed the 2016 Uganda Cup final a battle across boarders.

This year’s final will see two time league champions Vipers SC, a club from the central region take on Arua based side Onduparaka FC.

“I am overly excited about Saturday 18th June 2016, The Uganda Cup Finals at Nakivubo, Vipers vs Onduparaka, the battle across borders,” Magogo noted in a post on his official Facebook page.

“Hope you will all join us.. Come witness how far our game has come,” the FUFA boss added.

The two sides will face off on Saturday, 18th June 2016 at the heart of Kampala at Nakivubo war memorial stadium.

Vipers will be playing their third Uganda Cup final while it will be the first for the Onduparaka as both sides seek their first triumph in the annual competition.
