Kampala city Lord mayor has attacked his counterpart Peter Ssematimba on his academic qualifications.
According to Lukwago, Peter Ssematimba didn’t go further than ‘level 1” when it comes to academic excellence and he advised him to take bold step or giant stride towards academic excellence. He share Ssematimba’s photo on his Facebook and captioned
“On a light note, and no pun intended! I would love to see my brother Peter take that bold step or giant stride towards academic excellence. I see him stuck on ”Level 1”. Have a blessed Sunday friends.
