“I wanna celebrate a woman who has swum against the tides and hit heights for both women and Uganda as a whole. A Celebrated, talented Multi-Award winning Star Comedian, Singer Songwriter, Actress, TV Presenter….. i am talking about Africa’s Queen of Comedy.
Like they say, a star in the sky never struggles to shine because it’s naturally a star. It’s rare to find somebody who acts annoyed but yet come out as extremely hilarious.
Anne Kansiime has appreciated that nothing comes easy, reason why she puts immense effort to her craft and nowonder it has always left Uganda, East Africa, Africa and the world almost chocking on laughter.
Who knew that after coffee, sugar, electricity, Uganda would also add laughter to its exports?
As she preps to host her first ever single show ‘I am Kansiime’, that’s tomorrow (24th March)
Uganda ought to rally behind her because we as an industry can only go far with our fans behind us.
I respect her idea of using her talent to help bring change of education, inspiring many young women and Changing people’s lives.”
