Daxx Kartel thanks God for Zzina Award triple win

Musician Daxx Kartel won three awards at the recently concluded Zzina Entertainment Awards that took place at Theatre La’Bonita on Friday last week.

Daxx emerged winner in Song of the Year, Best Rising Star and Afro Beat Song categories. This was his first time ever to be nominated.

Shortly after winning, Daxx Kartel raised his hands to the lord and thanked him for making him cross this big milestone in his career.

He said, “I want to thank God for this moment. For everything he has done for me. For enabling me to be such a big success from someone who used to steal phones. Now I am stealing awards in his name. Thank you jah.”

He also thanked fans for the support.
