Much as many people haven’t fully appreciated their movie industry, we are privileged to let people know that there are some people that have apparently made projects that have been able to cut across.
Joseph Ken aka Zenken of Zenken films is one of the few Ugandan filmmakers that seem to have started reaping from what they sowed.
House Arrest, a movie by Ken, is among the few east African movies that got a chance of being nominated thrice in Afircan Movie Viewers Choice awards that were held in Nigeria.
The more good news, however, is that Zenken is planing on having the popular Nigerian comedian Mr. Ibu on a project for his fans in Uganda.
Speaking with Zenken, he informed us that Ibu is one of the the Nigerian actors that he loves most and therefore it would be a privilege to have him on a project preferably shot in Uganda.
He looks forward to the amazing project the two will work on.
