South Africa based Ugandan businessman Ivan Semwanga has promised to throw a mega victory party for Ugandans in South Africa after Museveni the candidate he was supporting won the presidential elections.
Ivan was the happiest after recieving the news that Museveni had won the Presidential Election he immediately went on his Facebook and promised a victory party that will run for the whole Weekend.
