The Latest information on our desk indicate that police officer Corporal Wagaba Gonzaga who is believed to have shot Master Blaster leading to his death while dispersing a crowd has been detained and police apologized for the death of the singer.
“We apologize that Oloya died in such a manner in the hands of police; we are currently in touch with his relatives and pledge to take care of all the burial expenses,” Uganda Police Force spokesperson, Fred Enanga said during a press conference.
He later noted that over 63 criminals have been detained too at Kawempe police station as investigation takes place .
