This after he was spotted flashing an illuminati sign as he displayed his recent success in terms of medals won from his swimming competitions.
Marcus was seen displaying the Eye of Providence (or the all-seeing eye of God) in a photo posted on instagram that may believe is illuminati related.
This comes after Google search results revealed that Ugandans have been searching on how to join illuminati making it a top search in 2015. Check out the photo below.
