Former Gagamel singer Moses Galiwango aka Dizzy Nuts was spotted in Makerere-Kivulu near Tuskys super market begging for weed.
At first he wanted to buy but failed to pay because he had no money since he was still begging for transport on the street but after failing to get the transport, he begged for weed from street kids and a volunteer bought him one stick.
It should be noted that Dizzy Nuts was among of the top dancehall artistes in Uganda but he ruined his career because of drug abuse.
He is remembered for his most famous song ‘Fire burn dem’ with Bebe Cool.
