After 10 long years in marriage with South Africa based Ugandan tycoon, Ivan Ssemwanga, continental socialite Zari is yet to get over her ex-hubby. The two who had a bitter breakup last year still text and talk to each other on a daily despite the fact that they are currently in relationships with other people.
While appearing on a TV interview, Zari revealed that she has never gotten over Ivan even after getting into a relationship with Tanzanian superstar, Diamond Platnumz. Zari revealed that she still talks to Ivan on a daily.
“We had not one but three children together. We can’t just forget about each other just because I got into another relationship. There is so much at stake I am very close to him for the children and for our businesses. So, yes, we chat, we talk and even sometimes laugh together when we see what is in the media. I see beyond what all other people see. He is a good guy, takes care of my kids and takes care of me,” she said.
When she was asked wether Diamond is okay with all this, Zari said that; “It depends on how you handle it. He understands that I love him so much with all of my heart as much as I love my kids.”
Zari broke up with Ivan last year. The two had been in several fights over what Zari called irreconcilable differences. She was at one time accused of being a d*ck hopper who had left her children to go on a spree to find men allover Africa.
In the recent past, Zari has been in relationships with several men including Farouk Sempala, Isaac Lugudde LK4 to mention but a few.
